The Diamond Hill community was established in late 2003 by Ryland Homes.
The Diamond Hill Master Association, Diamond Hill Single Family and Diamond Hill Patio Homes homeowners' associations were established October 23rd, 2003.
Originally developed as 1 of 3 associations within the community. The Master Association's original and primary focus was the common areas and amenities, such as roads, sidewalks, community center, swimming pool, gym, playground, basketball court, etc.
Diamond Hill Single Family HOA was 1 of 2 governing HOA's that managed 396 homes within the community. In Late 2007, a Merger between Single Family and the Master Association took place. As the surviving organization, The Diamond Hill Master Association adsorbed the duties and responsibilities of those homes.
Diamond Hill Patio Homes HOA often referred to as “Patio Homes” is the smaller of the two remaining HOAs. Patio Homes manages 53 homes along Copper Height Court, Graphite Court and Crystal Carbon Way.
The Community Development District encompasses approximately 187 acres of land located within Diamond Hill with a purpose of operating and maintaining various public improvements and community areas such as storm water ponds, storm drains and conservation lands.
